30 Days of Gluten-Free - Day 4

So I’ve realized I’ve cheated a lot. Steph pointed out there is gluten in SOY SAUCE. You can get gluten-free tamari sauce which is similar to soy sauce. Somehow I doubt many sushi places would carry that though - has anyone tried to ask for gluten-free sauce at sushi restaurants?? So really Day 4 should be Day 1. Maybe I should go for 34 days now? We shall see.
