30 Days of Gluten-Free - Day 3

Day 3 and I’m feeling good. I may have slipped up when we went for sushi - without thinking I ate Gyoza which I’m pretty sure contain wheat now that I think about it. Being gluten-free takes some serious research. 


Breakfast (thanks K!)


- Seed to Sausage Bacon (very spicy!)


- Organic Eggs


- Fruit salad


Lunch


- Assorted Sushi (I may have cheated here since I wasn’t paying too close attention - being gluten-free takes some focus). UPDATE: Soy sauce has gluten. Gluten-free FAIL!


Dinner


- Tuscan Chicken Salad at Fanatics (It was pretty good but the salad with goat cheese looked even better).
