Restaurant Review: Water's Edge

My job has sent me up to the Great White North. If you’re unaware of where Iqaluit is might I explain that it’s above the Arctic Circle on Baffin Island. To give you an idea, it’s 2500km directly North of New York City.

A specialty of the Arctic is Arctic Char. It looks and tastes similar to salmon. My workmate and I both choose char options at the hotel’s fine dining restaurant. I had maple-glazed char and she had char & chips (aka. Battered char). Both were excellent. If you’re ever up in the Arctic be sure to try it.
