Combine: Oliveri Herb and Cheese Tortellini, expensive parm (please don’t kid yourself with that Kraft parm - it cannot be real cheese), sea salt, nice olive oil (I used Messini I found at Food Basics in a tin - neato!) and a heap of my new favourite herb - cilantro.
Results: A gourmet meal in 10 minutes low on creepy additives I try to avoid.
Footnote: Why is there no cilantro in Kingston right now? Is there a cilantro-shortage I don’t know about!?
